The pharmacy that shares a wall with the ward
Saksham Pharmacy sits on the ground floor of Saksham Hospital. Most people who walk in are continuing treatment that started upstairs, so we can read the discharge summary, the hospital formulary and the prescription together — and catch the mismatch before you get home.
