Send the slip ahead of you
A photo of the paper slip is enough. A registered pharmacist reads it, keeps the medicines aside and calls you if anything is unclear.
Take or drop a photo of the prescription
JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB. Keep the whole slip inside the frame, including the date and signature.
What makes a valid prescription
- The doctor's name, registration number and signature
- The date — Schedule H slips are accepted for 90 days
- The patient's name and age
- Readable dose and duration, for example 1 - 0 - 1 after food, 30 days
Who sees it
Only the pharmacist on duty. The image is kept for the period the law requires, then deleted. It is never shared with anyone outside the pharmacy.
